Ahmed is the founder of an Egypt’s based real estate international advisory firm. With over 25 years of regional experience in commercial and investment sectors, he is recognized as a leading executive in commercial planning, strategic programming, Business Development and Sales & Marketing roll-out of mixed use projects. With his expertise in the field of pursuing real value in real estate, Ahmed was engaged in several coursework with governments, regional investment firms and key MENA real estate developers to support on the formulation and rollout of strategic commercial and investment plans. He has also served as a regional commercial leader of an international hospitality management group headquartered in USA. Ahmed holds a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management and has obtained diplomas in real estate from the American University in Cairo. On the Real Estate Sales & Marketing front, Ahmed has contributed in envisioning strategies, assembling team and implementation of commercial rollout plans for some of the flagship developments in the world.
